Nicole Paolozzi

OndeCare was founded to provide a solution for problems I have acutely felt myself as a single mom with a demanding job and later in life as a caregiver of my elderly in-laws. From the beginning, it has been my main goal to combine compassionate care and quality service with efficient technological solutions. Our providers are all from hero professions - care, safety, education - with an instinct to care. At the same time we are continuously working on making the system efficient and easy to use for everyone. OndeCare is the human touch families need wrapped into the convenience of 21st century technology.

Management Team

Nicole Paolozzi

Founder & CEO

OndeCare was conceived from my own personal needs – originally when I was a single mom with a demanding job and later in life as my husband and I became caregivers of my father-in-law with Parkinson’s while we had a five-year-old and a high schooler. I have more than 25 years of process engineering and organizational leadership experience. The foundation for my career was built at American Express Corporate Card/Travel Services where I honed business development expertise, ran our Knowledge Management team, and eventually was part of our first Six Sigma Black Belt cohort – where I adapted the defect-reduction methodology to services. I have built and managed multiple service organizations focused on the customer experience. Finally, I have deliberately chosen key team members with backgrounds in high quality, customer centric service.

Kelly Guarnieri

Care Concierge Director

I have been in senior living management for last eleven years. It was when my grandparents began their journey with long-term care that I realized I wanted my career to be in senior care. I was exposed to facilities being short staffed, not being able to provide quality care and the sad reality that this was my grandparents future. I was adamant that I could help foster change for a better way for others to receive care and shortly after this experience, I began my career in medical records at a unique, stand-alone CCRC. I worked my way up into numerous Executive Director roles with different companies of varying sizes. My experience as an Executive Director in multiple assisted living communities has given me an robust insight into the world of caregiving. It is a constantly changing and evolving industry and it is exciting to be with OndeCare where we are truly changing the model for the better.

Mathew Hall

CTO and Co-Founder

I trained in medicine in the UK and have spent most of my professional life as an Emergency Room physician in London. Through dealing daily with the medical consequences of care breakdowns as well as the difficulty of discharging patients with care needs back into the community, I became acutely aware of the importance of high quality and reliable home care to so many people. After relocating to the US with my American born wife in 2017, I transitioned from medicine to technology, retraining as a software engineer. Meeting Nicole and hearing her vision for OndeCare I knew it represented a unique opportunity to combine both a commitment to care and a passion for technology and I joined the OndeCare team as CTO in April 2020.
