OndeCare reinvents in-home dependent care around today’s busy families providing businesses a timely employee benefit and families a flexible solution to their caregiving needs. OndeCare connects pre-vetted care and education professionals with families needing on demand in-home care for children, parents, or individuals with special needs.
OndeCare was founded to provide a solution for problems I have acutely felt myself as a single mom with a demanding job and later in life as a caregiver of my elderly in-laws. From the beginning, it has been my main goal to combine compassionate care and quality service with efficient technological solutions. Our providers are all from hero professions - care, safety, education - with an instinct to care. At the same time we are continuously working on making the system efficient and easy to use for everyone. OndeCare is the human touch families need wrapped into the convenience of 21st century technology.

Founder & CEO
OndeCare was conceived from my own personal needs – originally when I was a single mom with a demanding job and later in life as my husband and I became caregivers of my father-in-law with Parkinson’s while we had a five-year-old and a high schooler. I have more than 25 years of process engineering and organizational leadership experience. The foundation for my career was built at American Express Corporate Card/Travel Services where I honed business development expertise, ran our Knowledge Management team, and eventually was part of our first Six Sigma Black Belt cohort – where I adapted the defect-reduction methodology to services. I have built and managed multiple service organizations focused on the customer experience. Finally, I have deliberately chosen key team members with backgrounds in high quality, customer centric service.
LISW-S, Care Concierge Director
I have been a licensed independent social worker for over 25 years working mainly with elderly populations in different phases of life including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and low-income senior housing. I found OndeCare when I was seeking a different position where I could use my social work skills but learn new things. Since January 2018, I have onboarded more than 150 wonderfully qualified caregivers, supported clients and caregivers alike, and have tested our proprietary onboarding and care coordination protocols that are the basis for OndeCare 2.0. This job has enabled me to use my skills to continue to help others and grow professionally – which is very fulfilling.
CTO and Potential Co-Founder
I trained in medicine in the UK and have spent most of my professional life as an Emergency Room physician in London. Through dealing daily with the medical consequences of care breakdowns as well as the difficulty of discharging patients with care needs back into the community, I became acutely aware of the importance of high quality and reliable home care to so many people. As an educator, I also co-founded and helped build a medical education business from scratch to become the largest independent provider of emergency medicine exam training in the UK. After relocating to the US with my American born wife in 2017, I transitioned from medicine to technology, retraining in web development via the CWRU Coding Bootcamp followed by self-study of machine learning. Meeting Nicole and hearing her vision for OndeCare I knew it represented a unique opportunity to combine both a commitment to care and a passion for technology and I joined the OndeCare team as CTO in April 2020.
